Moreover, the institute is authorized to design and implement educational and training programs, and award specialized professional certificates in those fields in accordance with authorization no. 94 of the year 2016 AD issued by The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, which is one of the educational and training institutions with which the Civil Service Commission functionally deals. المعھد الدولي للإنسانیات والعلوم الاجتماعیة مؤسسة تعلیمیة تدریبیة مقرھا دولة الكویت، تسعى إلى تأھیل الباحثین في مجالات العلوم الاجتماعیة والإنسانیة، وتدریب العاملین في میادین ھذه العلوم، داخل وخارج دولة الكویت، و ُمرخص لھا بعقد البرامج التعلیمیة والتدریبیة ومنح الشھادات المھنیة المتخصصة في ھذه المجالات بموجب الترخيص رقم ٩٤ لسنة ٢٠١٦م الصادر عن الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي و التدريب بوزارة التعليم العالي و هى نت ضمن المؤسسات التعليمية و التدريبية التي يتعامل معها ديوان الخدمة المدنية بدولة الكويت.
